REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility
Customers are eligible for a deposit refund within the first 7 days from the date of deposit.
Refund Request Process
Customers must submit a written refund request within the specified 7-day period. Requests can be sent via email to contact@bizzshock.com.
Valid Reasons for Deposit Refund
Deposit Refunds will be processed only for valid reasons such as order cancellation, product dissatisfaction, or other circumstances as deemed appropriate by Bizz Shock.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the full deposit paid by the customer.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the written refund request.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the customer during the initial deposit.
Exclusions
This refund policy does not apply to any projects that has received more than 25% of completion.
